About Us
The Islam09 project is an initiative of the Muslim community of Milwaukee, Wisconsin to portray Islam in its simplest form. Many of today’s common misconceptions about Islam and Muslims stem from a lack of understanding the basic tenants of the religion of Islam. Anyone who embarks on a path to study and learn about the faith, will find that Islam provides a solution not only to you as an individual, but to humanity as a whole.
The Islam09 project hopes to fulfill its objectives of replacing the stereotypes and misconceptions about Islam with understanding and conviction. Additionally, we hope to establish a positive relationship with people of all faiths and cultures.
