Why did you get up in the morning?

If we asked those questions to a washing machine the answers would be simple: to wash when the correct change is inserted. The reason for that answer is because it was designed in such a way to operate in that manner; and of course we would get the answer from the maker of the washing machine and not the machine it self. So when we ask ourselves – What's our purpose? - Why do we choose to answer that question ourselves? Shouldn't we seek the answer from the creator?

If you bought a Maytag washer would you follow the owners manual of an Ammana washer? Of course not, because Ammana did not make it. So in the case of your life why would you not follow the guidelines of your creator. We ultimately have a choice to follow the true religion of God, or the false religion created by man.
